This workshop provides vital information for parents of children ages 5 to 12. Covers ways to discipline without violence; skills to build open communication; how to prevent risky behavior; and more. The Parent's Guide (219 pp.) provides in-depth exploration of all parts of the Active Parenting methods.
Taught by Associate Pastor-Elect Ryan Romberg (BA in Religious Studies, Master of Divinity from Fuller Seminary) who has been teaching kids and equipping parents for over 11 years.
Taught by Stephanie Romberg, BS Psychology (UCSB), Master of Psychology (CSUF), Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and is a licensed behavioral therapist in the Capistano Unified School District as an Autism Specialist.
All participants must register and pay prior to the event.
Class is perfect for couples, single parents, grandparents and other care providers.
Registration fees, which include class materials and dinner for the six-week series, are outlined in the registration form below.
All children must be registered using the form below prior to the event.
Childcare, children's programming and dinner is FREE for all children.
Parents for children under the age of two, please provide diaper bag with appropriate items, including bottle/food if not eating with other children.
Parents with children in the toilet-training phase, please provide diaper bag/back-pack with appropriate items.
