Weddings

At Geneva, we believe that a Christian wedding is a service of worship.  Marriage is a gift God has given to all humankind for the well-being of the entire human family. Marriage involves a unique commitment between two people, traditionally a man and a woman, to love and support each other for the rest of their lives. The sacrificial love that unites the couple sustains them as faithful and responsible members of the church and the wider community. 

 

Geneva welcomes members and non-members alike to experience their service of Christian marriage in our Chapel or Sanctuary. The Rev. Dr. Steven Marsh will be the officiant for all wedding ceremonies unless he assigns a particular service to the associate pastor. Outside ministers are welcome to participate, but will not be the presiding minister for the service.
