Facility Rental

Geneva offers rental space to non-profit organizations for meetings, events and concerts.  Call the church office at 949-837-2323 to arrange for a tour which are by appointment only.

Rate Sheet (space)

Non-profit organizations only.

Additional Charges

Tech assistance, tables/chairs/linens, kitchen, tableware, music, etc.

Sanctuary

Seating Capacity:  750

Rental Fees: 

  • Sanctuary: $250 / hour (4 hour min)

  • Sanctuary + Courtyard:  $350 / hour (4 hour min)

  • $250 non-refundable security deposit required to secure space reservation

Features:

  • Excellent acoustics for musical events

  • Use of piano (flat fee $125)

  • Hearing Loop availability (with full AV)

  • Live streaming capability (e.g. three cameras, enhanced sound, etc.)

Chapel

Seating Capacity:  120

Rental Fees:  

  • Chapel:  $125 / hour (4 hour minimum)

  • Chapel + Courtyard:  $150 / hour ( 4 hour minimum)

  • $250 non-refundable security deposit required to secure space reservation

Features:

  • Use of organ ($125 flat fee)

  • Movable sliding window wall to courtyard

  • Elevated stage (extending to outside courtyard when sliding wall is open)

  • Restrooms adjacent

Small Meeting Rooms (classrooms)*

Seven classrooms are available which range in size from 315 to 600 square feet, accommodating from 16-31 people in a classroom set-up using 8" tables.

  • Rates range from $25-$30 a day

  • All rooms qualify for a sliding scale discount based on frequency of use. See rate sheet for details.

Simpson Hall

Seating Capacity:  240 banquet, 450 auditorium

Rental Fees: 

  • Simpson Hall:  $200 / hour (4 hour min)

  • Simpson Hall + Courtyard:  $300 / hour (4 hour min)

  • $250 non-refundable security deposit required to secure space reservation

Features:

  • Stage

  • Two 14' screens

  • Adjacent full kitchen ($50 per hour)

  • Table, chair and linen rental available

  • Table service (plates, glasses, cutlery) rental available

Large Meeting Rooms*

Youth Room (second floor)

  • $100 per / hour (4 hour min)

McLennan Lounge (ground floor)

  • Seating Capacity:  50 banquet, 70 classroom

  • Adjacent to Simpson Hall

  • $75 per / hour

Saddleback Room (second floor)

  • Seating Capacity:  64 banquet, 135 classroom

  • Small kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, sink)

  • $75 per / hour
