Pastor Darren wants to get to know us! He has scheduled several meetups to gather with a small group of people and get better acquainted. More sessions will be scheduled and added to the Meetup page throughout the coming months. These gatherings will occur at various times and include various activities so everyone will be able to find an appropriate session. Space is limited, so sign up now!

Global Center for Women and Justice Executive Diretor Sandra Morgan will be our speaker. She will be informing us about the nature of human trafficking, particularly in OC, and GCWJ activities with first responders and vulnerable youth. Also speaking will be Jamie Macintosh, program director of the Safe Communities; Safe Kids program.

Wednesday, June 17, 9:30am-12:30pm at the San Joaquin Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary

 

Meet at the church at 8:45am to carpool to the San Joaquin Marsh Wildlife Sanctuary. We will take a tour guided by the Sea & Sage Audobon Society. There will be uneven terrain. After the tour, we will have a picnic lunch. Bring walking shoes, hat, sunscreen and sack lunch. We will provide water and dessert. Click below to volunteer to drive.
