SERVE WITH US

“When Jesus saw the crowds, he had compassion on them...Then he said to his disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.”

Mark 9:36-38

BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF
ALISO VIEJO

Just a stone's throw away from Geneva's campus, over the years we have enjoyed a close relationship with the Boys & Girls Club Family Resource Center in Iglesia Park. Our mission has always been to be a resource for the Center when they need outside support. Whether providing a few more helping hands or additional funding for programs or supplies, the church will continue to be neighbors they can count upon.

BRIDGES USA

The Bridges organization empowers local individuals in the United States to become leaders and to improve the lives of people in their communities. These leaders may help pregnant teenagers, feed the hungry, assist the elderly or care for single moms. While doing these things, Bridge leaders also make disciples of Jesus and form new Christ-following communities.

HOMELESS MINISTRY OF SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY

Second Impressions (24412 Muirlands Blvd., Suite #i, Lake Forest, CA) is a resale thrift store with a mission of spreading the gospel. To fulfill this mission, the store donates much of its earnings to support local ministries which includes the Homeless Ministry of South Orange County. This ministry conducts bi-weekly Bible studies, delivers life necessities to the homeless and sponsors a work program to help people get back on their feet.

LOVE PROJECT - LAGUNA:
FEEDING THE HOMELESS

Every Sunday from 4-6pm, Genevans make sack meals and distribute them to the homeless in Laguna Beach. At first uncomfortable for some, this "face-to-face" ministry has been a great blessing. The friendships we've made with the men and women in this community have taught us about what being a good neighbor is all about, which begins with empathy as we learn what it's like to walk in someone else's shoes.

SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY OUTREACH (SCO)

For more than 30 years, SCO has been a leader in the fight to end hunger and homelessness in Orange County. In addition to providing financial assistance, Geneva facilitates food drives to help replenish the Food Pantry which distributes over 800,000 pounds of food and keeps nearly 2,500 children fed each year. Additionally, we sponsor a social worker who provides the information and education people need to better their circumstances.
