Caring & Support

Deacon Ministry
Deacons are church members who have a special gift for compassion and feel a particular calling to care for those in need.

Hearing Loop

Assistive Listening Devices for those without T-coil equipped hearing aids are available for those attending our 10:30 AM Traditional Worship Service in the Sanctuary on Sunday mornings.  Ask one of our ushers how you can "plug in".

Health Ministry

Our goal is to promote, support and encourage the practice of healthy Christian living in order to integrate the mind, body and spiritual connection.  From offering seminars on current health topics to organizing free flu shot clinics, this team strives to support the well being of everyone in our community.

Home Communion

Twice a year (usually the first Sunday in May and again in October for World Communion Sunday) elder and deacon volunteers administer this important sacrament to Geneva members and friends.  Contact us at if you would like to be added to this list.

Taxi Ministry

Free taxi service is available to assist both Geneva members and nonmembers to attend Geneva church related events.  If you need a ride, please contact us at least 24-hours in advance at 949-837-2323.  A four-hour cancellation notice is also required.

Our pastors and deacons visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities and private residences upon request to offer prayers and spiritual guidance.  This is available for both church members and nonmembers.  Call us at 949-837-2323 for an appointment.

24-Hour Emergency Line

There is always a pastor on call to aid our members in times of crisis.  When you call the number you will be asked to leave a message and someone will contact you immediately.

Chair Yoga

Tuesdays at 11:00 - 11:30 AM

Join us in our youth room (2nd floor of the Education building) for thirty minutes of yoga led by Elizabeth Logue, a Licensed Physical Therapist.  Suggested donation is $3 per session.

Line Dancing for Beginners

Mondays, 12:00-1:00 PM

Meet us in the Saddleback Room September through June for this very fun and low impact activity which is a great way to enhance coordination, balance and, recent studies show, the brain!  No experience necessary.  A $3 per class donation is recommended.

Intermediate Line Dancing

Thursdays, 12:30-1:30 PM

Meet us in the Youth Room weekly to take on some slightly more complicated and lively dances!  Dancing is a unique form of exercise because it provides the heart-healthy benefits of an aerobic exercise while at the same time is especially stimulating to the mind.  One 21-year study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found dancing can reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia in the elderly.  A $3 per class donation is recommended.
